Shipping

Every Casey Loren piece is prepared with the same consideration given to its design and construction. Orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched from the studio to ensure they arrive in exceptional condition.

Processing

Ready-to-ship works are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Pieces created on a made-to-order or commissioned basis require additional production time, with estimated timelines communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking. Select shipments may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Once an order has been entrusted to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's operations and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
