Shop Practices

At Casey Loren, each piece is handcrafted in small batches or made to order with an emphasis on sculptural form, craftsmanship, and individuality. Because every piece is fabricated by hand, slight variations in finish, stone characteristics, and construction are considered part of the unique nature of the work and are not considered defects.

Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 2–5 business days, while made-to-order pieces may require 2-4 weeks for production. 

Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of my work, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. 

Domestic and International shipping is available.

International orders will have Duties/Taxes included in the price. You will not have to pay to have your ordered delivered. 

Sterling silver is an element from the earth. Naturally it develops a patina over time. To maintain the appearance of your jewelry, I recommend storing pieces in a dry location and avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. A soft polishing cloth may be used periodically to restore shine. Care instructions are included with every order.
